1. Return Eligibility & Time Frame You may apply for a return within 30 calendar days after you receive the package. Items for return must meet all requirements below:

• The product is unused, undamaged, with original packaging, labels and accessories intact;
• Not categorized as non-returnable goods (custom products, disposable hygiene goods are non-returnable);
• Return application is submitted via our official email support@cicnee.shop before the deadline.

2. Return Application Process Step 1: Send an email to support@cicnee.shop, include your order number, product photos and your return reason. Step 2: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization instruction within 1-3 working days. Step 3: After approval, send the item back to the return address we provide. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly by us. Step 4: We will inspect the returned goods within 5 working days after receiving the package. Once inspection passes, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Arrangement Refund will be issued to your original payment method. The arrival time of the refund depends on your payment provider, normally 3-10 business days.
4. Rejection Right We reserve the right to reject returns if goods are damaged, worn, missing accessories, or the application is submitted out of the 30-day window.
